SECURIAWALL – ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Services provided by Securiawall Ltd. (“Securiawall”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Securiawall Terms of Service (“Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Purpose and Scope

1.1 This AUP exists to:
  • protect the integrity, security, and availability of Securiawall's network;
  • prevent misuse of security and proxy services;
  • protect other customers, third parties, and the public internet;
  • ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
1.2 This AUP applies to all use of the Services, including but not limited to:
  • Network DDoS Protection
  • Web Application Firewall (WAF)
  • Global CDN
  • Load Balancing
  • Game Proxy Server
  • APIs, Dashboard access, and support interactions

2. General Use Obligations

2.1 You must use the Services lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with industry best practices.

2.2 You may not use the Services in a manner that:
  • violates any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • causes harm to others or to network stability;
  • attempts to evade safeguards, limits, or enforcement mechanisms.

2.3 You remain solely responsible for all traffic, content, configurations, and actions originating from your Account or passing through your Origin Server.

3. Prohibited Activities (Non-Exhaustive)

You agree not to use the Services for, or in connection with, any of the following activities.

3.1 Fraud, Deception, and Abuse

  • Phishing, scamming, social engineering, or impersonation.
  • Hosting fake login pages, fraudulent banking or payment interfaces.
  • Credential harvesting or account takeover attempts.
  • Distribution of scam campaigns or deceptive redirects.

3.2 Malware and Exploitation

  • Hosting, distributing, or controlling malware, including viruses, worms, trojans, spyware, ransomware, or exploit kits.
  • Operating Command & Control (C2) servers.
  • Facilitating botnets or malicious automation.
  • Unauthorized vulnerability scanning, exploitation, or brute-force attacks.

3.3 DDoS-as-a-Service and Attack Facilitation

  • Operating or supporting Booter / Stresser services.
  • Launching, amplifying, reflecting, or coordinating denial-of-service attacks.
  • Using the Services to mask or proxy attacks against third parties.

3.4 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

  • ANY content, traffic, or activity related to child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations will result in immediate termination, no refund, and mandatory reporting to the UK National Crime Agency (NCA) or other competent authorities.

3.5 Terrorism and Violent Extremism

  • Content or activity promoting terrorism, extremist ideology, or violence.
  • Providing infrastructure to designated terrorist organizations or individuals.

3.6 Network Abuse and Protocol Manipulation

  • IP spoofing or forging packet headers.
  • Deliberate evasion of rate limits, state tables, or mitigation controls.
  • Abuse of “Unlimited” plans in a manner that degrades network stability.
  • Bypassing or attempting to bypass Securiawall controls, including direct Origin access.

3.7 Illegal Content and Services

  • Content illegal under applicable law (including copyright infringement where enforcement is required by law).
  • Operating illegal gambling, marketplaces, or services in jurisdictions where prohibited.
  • Facilitating sanctions evasion or export control violations.

4. Fair Use and Resource Protection

4.1 Use of the Services must comply with Fair Use principles designed to protect:
  • overall network stability;
  • service quality for other customers;
  • operational integrity.
4.2 Even where a plan advertises “Unlimited” resources:
  • usage remains subject to technical feasibility and network capacity;
  • sustained excessive usage that materially impacts others constitutes abuse.

4.3 Abuse of Fair Use limits is considered a violation of this AUP and the Terms.

5. Monitoring, Investigation, and Evidence

5.1 Traffic Analysis.

Securiawall may monitor, analyze, and inspect traffic metadata, logs, and behavioral indicators solely for security, abuse prevention, and network protection purposes.

5.2 Investigation Authority.

We may investigate suspected violations using:

  • traffic telemetry;
  • WAF and mitigation logs;
  • audit logs (panel actions, configuration changes);
  • third-party abuse reports;
  • lawful requests from authorities.
5.3 No Expectation of Privacy for Abuse.

You acknowledge that use of the Services for prohibited activities may be investigated and acted upon without prior notice.

6. Enforcement Actions

6.1 Immediate Action.

Securiawall may take enforcement action without prior notice where we reasonably believe that:

  • your traffic threatens network integrity;
  • your use violates this AUP or the Terms;
  • continued service could cause harm or legal exposure.
6.2 Enforcement Measures (Non-Exhaustive):
  • traffic filtering or blocking;
  • rate limiting or throttling;
  • temporary suspension;
  • permanent termination;
  • disabling specific features or routes;
  • refusal of future service.
6.3 No Refund.

Enforcement actions taken due to AUP violations do not entitle you to refunds or Service Credits.

7. Reporting Abuse

7.1 How to Report.

Abuse may be reported via:

  • email: abuse@securiawall.com
  • support ticket through the Dashboard
  • telephone via the Securiawall switchboard
7.2 Required Information.

Reports should include, where possible:

  • affected domain or IP;
  • timestamps (UTC);
  • description of the alleged abuse;
  • supporting evidence (logs, screenshots, URLs).
7.3 False or Malicious Reports.

Submitting knowingly false or abusive reports may itself result in enforcement action.

8. Cooperation with Authorities

8.1 Securiawall may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, and courts where required by law.

8.2 We may disclose information (including logs and account data) where:
  • legally compelled;
  • necessary to prevent serious harm;
  • required to investigate CSAM, terrorism, or similar offenses.

9. Customer Acknowledgements

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Securiawall does not create or control your content;
  • you bear full responsibility for your use of the Services;
  • enforcement decisions are made to protect the network and other customers;
  • determinations of abuse are made at Securiawall's reasonable discretion.

10. Relationship to Other Policies

10.1 This AUP supplements, and does not replace:

  • the Terms of Service;
  • the Service Level Agreement (SLA);
  • the Refund & Cancellation Policy;
  • the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10.2 In the event of a conflict, the Order of Precedence set forth in the Terms applies.

11. Changes to This AUP

We may modify this AUP at any time. Changes are effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Survival

Sections relating to enforcement, cooperation with authorities, disclaimers, and acknowledgements survive termination of the Services.
